Our delivery trucks cover the entire Northern Rivers region, from the coast to the hinterland. We regularly deliver to Byron Bay, Bangalow, Ballina, Lismore, and the Tweed Coast. To make delivery more efficient, consider bundling your catering gear with other items like a marquee or mobile cool room to get everything in one drop-off. If your event is outside our usual zone, just give us a call. We often service these areas by special arrangement and can work out a practical delivery solution for you.

If you’re hosting an event in a public space, like a park or reserve, you will likely need approval from the local council. All our cooking equipment is regularly serviced and safety-checked. When you hire from us, we provide a clear hire agreement and any necessary safety or usage instructions for the gear. It’s also a good idea to be aware that some local reserves may have open flame restrictions during certain times of the year.

Industry standard is four glasses per head for cocktail service (sparkling wine, wine, water and spirits) and 1.5 plates plus 1.5 cutlery sets to cover dropped spoons and seconds.
