Just your valid Aussie Driver’s License for ID, easy! We usually sort payment upfront (card or cash). Specific gear might have other requirements, but we’ll chat through those when you book. We’ll also take you through our hire terms and conditions so everything’s clear from the get go.

For specific Tool Hire or Pool Shop enquiries, it’s best to give us a buzz on (02) 6684 3003 during business hours (Weekdays 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Sat 8 am- 12 pm) or use our enquiry form anytime for a quick quote (usually within one business day).
Depends what you’re hiring! For our awesome marquees, delivery, setup and pack-down are usually included in the package and we handle the heavy lifting! For other large event items or tools/machinery, delivery can often be arranged for a fee based on where you are.
Pool gear is usually pick-up from our Mullumbimby shed (73 Station St), though we offer installation too. And, of course, our pool maintenance team comes to you! Chat with us about your needs when you book.
